Dec 11, 2020 - Shipping Update

All carriers are experiencing delays due to the spread of the virus and the holiday shopping season.  We will continue to process orders as quickly as we could, but as soon as we ship the package to you, we have no control over shipping times or delays with the carrier.  We thank you in advance for your patience.  Please refer to our shipping and handling page for details  (thedartzone.com/shipping-handling/)

We are still open!

Our warehouses are open and we are taking social distancing practices very seriously. We are keeping staff at a minimum and making sure that we adhere to all CDC rules, regulations and suggestions. That said, we are still shipping all orders (retail and wholesale) and will continue to do so as long as the USPS, UPS and FedEx are delivering. One change necessitated by the current environment is that our shipping cut off has changed. The daily cut off for same day shipping on Monday-Friday is 12pm ET and 10am ET on Saturday.  Any orders received after those times will be shipped the following day.

In-Store Pickups

In order to best protect our customers and employees, we have closed our warehouse to walk in customers and shopping, but are still shipping all orders.  We are also allowing customer to place orders online and schedule a time to pick up their order outside the warehouse.  Please call 877-327-8954 or contact us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/theDartZone) to make arrangements.

No Hassle Returns!

During COVID, We are dropping all restocking fees on returns. All returns in new condition and in the original packaging are eligible.  Please refer to our return policy for details (thedartzone.com/returns-refunds/).

Inventory Levels

Most manufacturers are still up and running and shipping product. Our inventory levels are in good shape and we are receiving shipments every week. If you have any questions about product availability, please give us a call or message us directly.
