theDartZone stands behind the products we sell. Most dart manufacturers warranty their products directly and should be contacted directly. Other products such as flights and shafts may have limited warranties. Please contact us if there are any issues with a product.
At theDartZone we take pride in providing the highest levels of customer service. But occasionally we may make a mistake. If this occurs, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Non-Defective Product Returns
New, unused or unwanted products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. These products must be in the original box / packaging, be unused and in like NEW condition. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All product returns must be requested using the online system (see below) or by phone.
Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for non-defective product returns. If the original order qualified for free shipping and that order would no longer qualify for free shipping after the non-defective items are returned, then a $5.00 shipping fee will be subtracted from the amount reimbursed.
For your convenience, all returns, for any reason, can be requested through your account on theDartZone.com. Log into your account, go to the “My Account” page and select the “Completed” option from the left menu. Find the order that you would like to return and click the “Return Item(s)” link. Complete the required fields and submit the return request. We will respond within 24 hours.
All refunds will be made in the same tender as the original order (same credit card or PayPal). Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of the time we receive return shipment.
If theDartZone.com advertises a product for a price below the price it was purchased on the website, theDartZone.com will honor the lower price for 7 days after the initial purchase. This applies only to "regular" items purchased from theDartZone.com website. Clearance items, open box items or items purchased at events or trade shows are excluded. To request a price adjustment, please follow the Return Authorization process described above and select "Price Adjustment". If the adjustment is approved, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method or a store credit.
