They give you a little heft in the back, provide little more stability, and cheaper option then the titanium. Have 3 sets of them. Only thing I do not like is that fact you need new flights on the ends so they form fit to these. I do not like the clicking sounds between old flights on the other shafts and the new duralumin.

These are, far and away, the best shafts that I have ever used. They are extremely durable, and I have never bent one. One word of caution, though. Do NOT tighten them repeatedly by hand. I've stripped the threads on a couple of the,. Just use an o-ring, or Teflon tape, or some other product to keep them snug.
Good value, spin very nicely!

Add some weight in the back 1gr compared to carbon fiber shafts but have advantages over carbon fiber as in much better spinning and these are stronger and last longer.
They are smooth and slick so your finger slides off if it drags on the shaft which could help your throw.
Well worth the price.

If you already use the Cosmo Fit series, then this is a major step up. The duralumin shafts with flights weigh about the same as the DynaStar system, but are considerably more durable.
Great shaft. Quality piece.

Whether this is actual duraluminum or just "durable aluminum" as in denser aluminum is in question but either way. The shaft is a fantastic addition to those that like a little bit more heft and strength to the back of their dart set up.
At $50 I would hope it lasts through its entirety of its life.
Kudos to DartZone for including the weight chart. Its almost impossible to find the listed weights as for those getting metal shafts would have to take this into consideration.
I would recommend getting o-rings that are a bit thicker as the provided ones are a little bit thin and don't fully secure them from coming loose.
Worth the buy.One would quite enjoy them I believe.
