We are still open!
Although the State of Michigan has not mandated that non-essential business close yet, we are taking social distancing practices very seriously. We are keeping staff at a minimum and making sure that we adhere to all CDC rules, regulations and suggestions. That said, we are still shipping all orders (retail and wholesale) and will continue to do so as long as the USPS, UPS and FedEx are delivering. One change necessitated by the current environment is that our shipping cut off has changed. Until the Stay Home restrictions are lifted, all orders received by 9pm ET will ship the following day.
In order to best protect our customers and employees, we have closed our warehouse to walk in customers but are still shipping all orders. Due to the State of Michigan’s “Stay Home. Stay Safe. Saves Lives” Executive Order (https://www.michigan.gov/coronavirus/0,9753,7-406-98159-522649--,00.html), we will not be allowing pick-ups.
FREE shipping for all US Retail orders!
We know that many of our customers like to visit our warehouse and see us at tournaments around the country. While those options are not available, we are dropping the $40 minimum for free first-class delivery. Until we are able to re-open the warehouse and start selling at tournaments again, ALL US retail orders qualify for free first-class shipping!
No Hassle Returns!
Another downside to not being able to visit us in person, is that you can’t “try before you buy”. We are dropping all restocking fees on returns and extending the return period to 21 days. All returns in new condition, in the original packaging are eligible. Please refer to our return policy for details (https://thedartzone.com/returns-refunds/).
Most manufacturers are still up and running and shipping product. Our inventory levels are in good shape and we are receiving shipments every week. If you have any questions about product availability, please give us a call or message us directly.
